1. The Service
Yes No Detective is a free web game where you deduce the truth of a case through yes/no questions with an AI dealer. The Service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued without prior notice.
2. AI-Generated Content
Case stories, artwork, and verdicts are AI-generated and entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real people, organizations, or events is coincidental. AI verdicts may be inaccurate; you can dispute one in-game with the đŠ feature.
3. Rules of Use
The following are prohibited: excessive automated requests, circumventing usage limits, disrupting the Service, attempting to access others' backup data, and unauthorized bulk extraction of content. Violations may result in restricted access. Daily usage limits apply.
4. Intellectual Property
Rights to case stories, artwork, and the game system belong to the operator. Personal, non-commercial use â including sharing your results â is welcome.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, including data loss or disadvantages caused by verdict errors. Game records live in your browser; without a linked Google backup they cannot be recovered once browser data is cleared.
6. Account Linking & Optional Marketing Consent
Linking a Google account is optional and used only to back up and restore your progress. When linking, you may optionally consent to receiving game news and updates by email. Consent is never a condition of using the Service and can be withdrawn at any time on the My Account page. Your server backup (including the consent record) can be permanently deleted from My Account.
